Oven Not Heating? Common Problems & How We Fix Them
5 min read

An oven that powers on but won't reach temperature is one of the easiest faults to diagnose. The first suspect is the heating element. A visual inspection often reveals a blistered or broken element.
Fan ovens use a separate ring element behind the fan. If only the fan is running but there's no heat, this is your culprit.
If the elements check out, the next stop is the thermostat. A faulty thermostat may switch on but cut out far too early.
Modern ovens also rely on control boards that can fail. A multimeter test will tell us which component to replace.
Most oven repairs are completed on site within an hour. We carry common elements and thermostats on our vans.
